Ingredients of Chicken Pakora

500 gm chicken boneless
2 cup refined oil
0 water as required
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 handful chopped coriander leavesFor Marination
2 medium onion
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
6 green chilli
1 teaspoon ginger paste
0 salt as requiredFor The Main Dish
1 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
4 teaspoon rice flour

How to make Chicken Pakora

Step 1 Wash the chicken and marinate

To make this easy recipe, just wash the chicken and drain the excess water. The first step is to prepare the marinade for the chicken. Make a paste of the onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic, lemon juice and salt. Marinate the chicken chunks with this paste. Let it sit for about 40 minutes.

Step 2 Prepare the batter

Next, prepare the batter for the chicken. Mix together the besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder and water. Make sure the consistency is not too runny.

Step 3 Heat oil and deep fry

Now, take a pan and heat oil in it. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the thick batter and put it in the oil. Deep fry the pieces until they are golden brown. Make sure to put the chicken pieces in batches.

Step 4 Serve hot

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a dip or chutney, You can also pair these pakoras with some salad or beverage.

Tips
To make this easy recipe, you can also add some semolina.
Make sure the consistency of the batter is not too thick or too flowy.
